November 18 Saturday
Arrive Guayaquil, Ecuador
Transfer from Airport to Hotel
Overnight Hotel Oro Verde

November 19 Sunday
Fly Guayaquil to Baltra Airport
Arrival in Baltra Airport / Trip to Bachas Beach – This is a beautiful white sand beach in which the sea turtle nests and some marine iguanas rest, the snorkel is really nice, also it has an amazing lagoon with flamingos.

November 20 Monday
North Seymour Island / Santa Fe Island – North Seymour is one of the best places for the bird watching, it has some colonies of blue footed boobies and frigate birds and their nesting zone this ones in season you can see them on the mating rituals, also you’ll be able to see some land iguanas and in the landing place some friendly sea lions playing. In Santa Fe you may find land iguanas endemic of this particular place, and sea lions on the beach, also in this island you’ll be able to do snorkel where it can be appreciated the variety of marine life in the island.

November 21 Tuesday
Gardner Bay / Punta Suarez (Hood Island) – Gardner Bay is another nests zone for sea turtles, here some species of finches can be found and sea lions. In Punta Suarez you’ll see some colonies of albatross, also marine iguanas and lava lizards and then do some snorkel on the Bay to be able to appreciate the Galapagos marine life.

 

 

November 22 Wednesday
Punta Cormorant / Post Office Bay (Floreana Island) – In Punta Cormorant lives a grate colony of Flamingos and in the snorkel you’ll find an amazing variety of marine life.

November 23 Thursday
Charles Darwin Research Station / Highland (Santa Cruz Island) – In Santa Cruz you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Darwin Station in which you may see different species of the giant tortoises and in different ages in captivity. In the Highlands you will visit the Pit Crater (The Twins), these are two big erosion of land on both sides of the Baltra road, after that there is the visit to the Primicias Ranch in which you’ll be able to see the giant tortoises on their natural environment.

November 24 Friday
Rabida Island / Puerto Egas (Santiago Island) – In Rabida one of the special features is its remarkable red colour, which is a result of the high percentage of oxide iron in the composition of the lava, here you may find some flamingos and the snorkel in this island is really amazing. In Puerto Egas its main attractions are the fur seal grottos, where one can see fur seals resting under shelves and crevices, and the tidal pools in the intertidal zone are fantastic for small marine life, heron and shore birds may also be found here.

November 25 Saturday
Bartholomew Island / Sullivan Bay (Santiago Island) – Bartholomew offers the most striking landscape and geological sites in the Archipelago. The Pinnacle Rock and bay are super for swimming and snorkelling; you will also find a colony of galapagos penguins. In Sullivan Bay you may appreciate the different types of settle lava and then some snorkel on the beach. Sunday: Sunday: Black Turtle Cove / Departure Baltra Airport – Black Turtle Cove is one of the most amazing places in Santa Cruz, in the north side close to Bachas Beach, there you may see some sharks, sea turtles on the mating time, also some golden rays and colonies of blue footed boobies on their breakfast time.

November 26 Sunday
Fly to Guayaquil

November 27 Monday
Fly back to USA
